  • Business Inputs: We collect the business name, category, and location details you provide to generate your Master Blueprint.
  • Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with our tools, including session logs and tool preferences.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). Prompthea does not store or process your credit card or bank details on our servers.

02. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our AI consulting services.
  • Improve, personalize, and expand our platform’s capabilities.
  • Understand and analyze how you use our Master Blueprint.
  • Process your transactions through Lemon Squeezy.
  • Communicate with you for support and service updates.

03. Third-Party Data Processing

  • Google Gemini API: Your business inputs are processed through Google’s Gemini API to generate strategic prompts. We do not use your personal data to train public AI models.
  • Google Maps Platform: We use Google Maps data to perform local market analysis based on the location you provide.
  • Firebase: We use Google Firebase for secure user authentication and database management.

04. Cookies and Tracking

Prompthea uses 'cookies' to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.

05. Data Security & Retention

We implement commercially acceptable security measures to protect your data. We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the services and for legitimate business purposes, such as tax compliance through our payment processor.
