Prompthea provides an AI-driven strategic platform that generates a "Master Blueprint" and personalized strategic prompts for businesses based on user inputs and public data signals (Google Maps, web search).

02. Eligibility

By using this service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

03. AI Content Disclaimer (Crucial)

• Informational Purposes Only: All content, strategies, and prompts generated by Prompthea are produced by Artificial Intelligence (Google Gemini). This information is provided for inspiration and strategic guidance only.
• No Guarantees: Prompthea does not guarantee any specific business results, financial growth, or success following the implementation of the generated prompts.
• Professional Advice: Our services are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or marketing advice. You are solely responsible for the business decisions you make based on the AI output.

04. Payments and Fees

• One-Time Payment: Access to the "Paid Tier" (Master Blueprint + 100 Strategic Prompts) requires a one-time payment of $49 USD.
• Merchant of Record: Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. By making a purchase, you also agree to their terms of service.
• Access: Upon successful payment, the content is unlocked and associated with your account indefinitely (subject to platform availability).

05. Intellectual Property

• License to Use: Prompthea grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts generated for your specific business.
• Ownership: Prompthea retains all ownership rights over the platform’s software, design, and the underlying AI-logic used to generate the results. You may not resell the platform's core technology.

06. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Prompthea for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of third parties.

07. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompthea and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the AI-generated strategies.

08. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where the project's operator is located.
