At Prompthea, we strive to provide high-quality AI-generated strategic insights. Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly via Internet download and account unlocking, we offer a specific refund policy:

01. Digital Goods Policy

Due to the nature of the Master Blueprint and the strategic prompts provided, all sales are final. Once the "Paid Tier" has been unlocked and the content is accessible in your account, we do not issue refunds. Unlike physical goods, digital information cannot be "returned" once it has been viewed or consumed.

02. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that technology can sometimes be unpredictable. We will consider refund requests only under the following conditions:

  • Technical Failure: If a verified technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing your purchased Blueprint or prompts.
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same Blueprint twice due to a system glitch.

03. Support First Approach

If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at support@prompthea.com before initiating a dispute. Our team is committed to resolving any access issues within 72 business hours.

04. Dispute Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
